I called on a Sat and got an Appointment Monday AM. Unfortunately and fortunately, my issue was just a clogged drain due to a toy. As far as I know the issue is resolved and I guess it didn't cost me too much. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the price. Times are tough, not their fault though.

Adam and Ben were polite and professional. Service was unexpectedly fast. Wore protective footwear slip-ons when going in & out of residence. Protected all floors and serviced areas before starting work. Cleaned up and vacuumed all areas of work. Probably the best conscientious home service repair I've ever had performed in 30 years of home ownership.

If you want a plumber with integrity, is reasonable, arrives on time and is very knowledgeable, then Melde Plumbing is the one to call. He has done so many projects in our house, I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else. They have replaced our water heater, installed a water softener and a full house filtration system to filter out our PFAs. I recommend them to everyone.

Their team was on time , tidy, professional as well as personable. They had no hidden agenda to up sell me like other well known plumbing companies. Didn’t charge a $99 dollar trip charge. Below is my old water heater and the second is the installed one. You can see how they had to reconfigure the new setup from the old set up.

I highly recommend Melde Plumbing. They were very responsive, courteous and have great customer service. We called Matt at 430 pm on a Thursday needing a hot water heater replacement. They were here by 12 on Friday to do the job. Ben and the other service tech were respectful, kind, and professional, the guys did an effective and efficient job. Thank you!
